Where does the Moraine Lake shuttle pick up from?
We pick up from over 60 hotels and accommodations across Banff, Canmore, and Lake Louise. If you're not staying at a listed hotel, you can meet us at the Banff Train Station or Canmore Visitor Information Centre.

What if my hotel isn't on the pickup list?
If your hotel isn't listed, you can meet us at one of our public meeting points: Banff Train Station (for Banff area guests) or Canmore Visitor Information Centre (for Canmore area guests). Both locations have free parking available.

How do I know what time the shuttle will pick me up?
Your exact pickup time will be confirmed via email 24 hours before your tour. Pickup times are staggered based on location to ensure all guests arrive at Moraine Lake for sunrise. Generally, pickups start approximately 2 hours before sunrise.

Where should I wait for the shuttle at my hotel?
Please wait in the main lobby of your hotel or at the main entrance where vehicles can pull up. Our driver will look for you there. Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time.

Can I be picked up from a private Airbnb or vacation rental?
We only pick up from our listed hotel locations and public meeting points. If you're staying at a private vacation rental, please meet us at the nearest public meeting point (Banff Train Station or Canmore Visitor Information Centre).

Is there parking available at the public meeting points?
Yes! Both the Banff Train Station and Canmore Visitor Information Centre have free parking available for our guests during the tour.
