We offer pickups in Canmore, Banff, and Lake Louise at over 60 hotels. Your specific pickup time and location will be confirmed the day before your tour based on your accommodation.

Dress warmly and in layers—mornings are cold year-round in the mountains. We recommend gloves, a hat/toque, a hooded jacket, and sturdy closed-toe footwear. We provide blankets, headlamps, and hot beverages.

We operate rain, snow, smoke, or shine. Mountain weather is highly localized — it can be raining at Lake Louise while sunny at Moraine Lake. Weather forecasts more than 12 hours out are unreliable, and even overcast mornings can produce stunning sunrise colors.

Customer weather cancellations: Not accepted.
If we cancel for safety: Full refund or free rescheduling to any available date.

Please be ready 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. If you're running late, contact us immediately via email or text. Missed pickups are subject to our booking terms and may result in no-show status.

Tours are several hours round-trip, arriving for blue hour and first light. You'll have approximately 2-2.5 hours at Moraine Lake, with additional time at Lake Louise on Dual Lakes tours.

Book as early as possible—our small-group tours are popular and fill up quickly, especially during peak season (July-August). Same-day bookings may be available but aren't guaranteed.

Tripods are welcome and we have storage space for camera gear. However, drones are not permitted in Canadian national parks—this is strictly enforced by Parks Canada.

We accept major credit cards at booking. Gratuities for your guide are optional and can be given by card or cash at the end of your tour.

Groups are kept small (up to 12 guests) for a better sunrise experience. For larger parties, we offer Private Charter options with dedicated vehicles and guides.

We have limited accessibility seating available. The Rockpile viewpoint at Moraine Lake has stairs and may be challenging for some mobility levels. Please contact us beforehand to discuss your specific needs.

Facilities at the lakes are limited at dawn (basic pit toilets). There are no restrooms onboard vehicles. Small snacks are acceptable if packed out—please help us keep the parks pristine.
