What We Provide
Vehicle Accessibility
We have limited accessibility seating available in our vehicles. Please contact us in advance to discuss your needs and availability.
Child Safety Seats
Front-facing car seats are available for children ages 2-6. Please request at time of booking.
Companion Assistance
Companions and caregivers are welcome to assist guests who need support during the tour.
Flexible Communication
We can provide tour information in alternative formats upon request. Please let us know your preferences.
Destination Terrain Information
Understanding the terrain at our destinations helps you prepare for your experience:
Moraine Lake - Rockpile Viewpoint
The iconic viewpoint at Moraine Lake involves climbing the Rockpile trail, which has uneven stone steps and rocky terrain. This trail may be challenging for guests with mobility limitations. However, beautiful views are also available from the lakeshore area, which is relatively flat.
Lake Louise
The Lake Louise shoreline has a paved pathway that is more accessible. The path from the parking area to the lake is relatively flat and suitable for most mobility levels.
General Conditions
Early morning conditions may include low light, cold temperatures, and potentially icy or wet surfaces depending on the season. We provide headlamps and blankets to help with comfort and visibility.
