All prices displayed are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude GST. A 5% GST tax applies at checkout.

Payments, Fees and Changes

Payment must be in Canadian funds via Visa, Mastercard, or American Express . Payment processing is handled by Stripe. For payment processing details, please refer to Stripe's privacy policy.

Cancellation, Re-booking and Refunds

Tours operate regardless of weather conditions.

• 7+ days before departure: Full refund minus $15 per-guest administrative fee.
• Under 7 days: Non-refundable. Free rescheduling available up to 48 hours before departure.
• Under 48 hours: Non-refundable. No changes permitted.
• Date changes: Available if seats exist on an alternate date, at RMPA Ltd's discretion.
• Private and custom whole-vehicle charters: This policy applies to an exclusive vehicle reservation of any group size; a public group booking of six or more guests is not automatically a private charter. Cancellation or material change requests must be received in writing by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the calendar date seven days before the scheduled tour date. This is a seven-calendar-day office cutoff, not a rolling 168-hour calculation. A request is received when its written email, customer-portal submission, or other approved written booking channel is timestamped by the deadline; a phone call or voicemail alone does not change or cancel a charter. Requests received by the deadline are eligible for a refund less one flat CAD $150.00 cancellation fee plus CAD $7.50 GST (CAD $157.50 total retained per charter). Requests received after the deadline are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or materially changed. Material changes include the tour date, departure time, itinerary, pickup arrangements, duration, guest count, and purchased inclusions. Contact corrections and required safety, accessibility, dietary, or child-seat information are not material booking changes and remain permitted. If Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle & Tours cancels a charter, guests may choose a full refund or an available alternative date with no fee.

Missed Tours

Guests must board five minutes before departure. No-shows forfeit all fees. Guests are responsible for returning to shuttles at designated times; missing return transport requires self-arranged alternatives at personal expense.

Cancelled Tours (by us)

Tours have guaranteed departures with no minimum guest requirements, except under Force Majeure conditions. If RMPA Ltd cancels a tour, guests will be offered alternative dates, equal credits, or full refunds. The company bears no liability for incidental expenses resulting from cancellations.

Travel Policies

• Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
• No standing or sitting on laps during transport.

Children & Infant Policy

Children of all ages are welcome on our tours. Per Alberta law, children under 6 years of age AND under 40 lbs (18 kg) must be secured in an appropriate child safety seat.

Child Safety Seats Provided:

• Infants (under 1 year): Rear-facing infant seats provided and pre-installed
• Toddlers (ages 1-6, under 40 lbs): Forward-facing child seats provided and pre-installed

Child safety seats are included FREE with your booking. Seats are pre-installed in our vehicles based on your reservation details. Guests should NOT bring their own child seats unless special arrangements have been made with us in advance.

Mandatory Reservation Requirement: Child safety seat requirements must be indicated during the booking process. Guests who arrive with a child requiring a safety seat, where no seat was reserved at the time of booking, will not be permitted to board and will forfeit their booking with no refund.

Force Majeure

RMPA Ltd is relieved of obligations during events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: war, strikes, floods, natural disasters, government actions, and acts of God. Written notice must be provided within 48 hours of such events.

Applicable Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of Calgary, Alberta.

Liability Release

By booking with RMPA Ltd, guests waive all claims and release the company from liability for injuries, death, property damage, delays, or losses arising from participation in our tours and services. If any portion of this release is deemed unenforceable, liability shall be limited to the total price paid for services.

Insurance

Medical and travel cancellation insurance is strongly recommended for all participants. RMPA Ltd is not responsible for costs arising from medical emergencies or trip interruptions.

Media Policy

Photos, videos, and footage taken during tours may become company property and may be used for promotional purposes. By participating in our tours, guests consent to potential use of their likeness in marketing materials.

Merchandise Purchases & Returns

Limited-edition merchandise items are final sale with no returns or exchanges due to exclusivity and international shipping costs.
