Tour Departure Options
Sunrise Tours
Depart around 3:30-4:30am to arrive 60 minutes before sunrise. Most popular for photography. Back by mid-morning or early afternoon.
Daytime Tours
Depart mid-morning for a more relaxed pace. Perfect for families with young children or those who prefer later starts.

Frequently Asked Questions
What's the difference between private and shared tours?
Private tours give your group exclusive use of the vehicle with flexible timing and stops. Shared tours follow a fixed itinerary with other guests aboard.
How many guests can a private tour accommodate?
Up to 12 guests in one Ford Transit van. Groups of 13-14 may be accommodated upon request with advance notice.
Can you accommodate special requests?
Absolutely. Proposals, anniversary celebrations, dietary requirements, mobility needs - let us know and we'll customize the experience.
Can our guide take a group photo?
Yes. Your guide is happy to take photos of your group at no additional charge. Photography instruction is not included.
What's your cancellation policy?
Private and custom whole-vehicle charters of any group size follow this policy; a public group booking of six or more guests is not automatically a private charter. Cancellation or material change requests must be received in writing by 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time on the calendar date seven days before the scheduled tour date. This is a seven-calendar-day office cutoff, not a rolling 168-hour calculation. Requests received by the deadline are eligible for a refund less one flat CAD $150.00 cancellation fee plus CAD $7.50 GST (CAD $157.50 total retained per charter). Requests received after the deadline are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled or materially changed. Contact corrections and required safety, accessibility, dietary, or child-seat information are not material booking changes and remain permitted. If Moraine Lake Sunrise Shuttle & Tours cancels, guests may choose a full refund or an available alternative date with no fee. See the full cancellation policy for details.
